Privacy Policy - Beyond Recruitment

 
Candidates and Clients agree to hold ALL information discussed or relating to any Companies or Persons in strict confidence and will not disclose, or cause or permit the disclosure of such information unless otherwise agreed to by Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd with written consent.

 
Candidates and Clients agree not to apply for, or directly or indirectly assist any other person(s) in obtaining employment with any Companies or Persons discussed with Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd. To intentionally or unintentionally disclose or act on the confidential information discussed with Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd without the prior written consent will result in further legal action.


Candidates and Clients authorize and give Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd direct permission to represent themselves to the abovementioned client(s) for the purpose of assisting me to gain employment, either on a permanent, temporary or contract basis.


Candidates also understand that Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd will be providing a report on themselves, which gives details of their history and other information gained, relevant for them to be considered for a position with their client(s).


Candidates and Clients authorize Beyond Recruitment to keep information and documents provided themselves on its registers of information and to make any enquiries it considers necessary to perform its tasks, including verifying the accuracy or completeness of information provided.


Candidates give consent for Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd to contact any references in the event that this should be necessary to do so and agree to participate in any Psychometric or Medical evaluation, should this be requested by their client(s).


Candidates are aware that Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd will be representing them to their client(s) for a period of 12 months from the date of their consent, and any contact with their client(s) during this period should be through Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd.


Candidates acknowledge that Beyond Recruitment Pty Ltd has provided them with an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns that they may have in relation to this notice.
