Adrian’s background was originally the construction industry as a qualified carpenter before moving across to the sales industry during the construction downturn. Using his sales skills, Adrian decided to pursue a career in the recruitment industry because he has a passion for working with people and finding solutions to their recruitment needs.
Initially working in the trade space, Adrian took full advantage of an opportunity to work within the mining industry where he could employ his strong customer focus and desire to build solid relationships, seeing him assist his clients in finding and settling for; nothing less than “the right fit” for their organisation.

Tracey Partridge joined Beyond Recruitment as a Senior Recruiter for their specialist Mining & Engineering Recruitment division, bringing with her over 5 years of extensive Mining, Oil & Gas and Engineering Recruitment experience.

Originally from Scotland, UK, Tracey worked in the Oil & Gas/EPC sector before relocating to Australia where she began her recruitment career in the Mining sector. Tracey has worked with the world's largest clients and brings experience in recruiting in areas all over the world.

Tracey has dealt with upstream and downstream clients within the CSG/CBM industry which are both operators and consultancy based clients. She has been recruiting Oil & Gas staff in the Petroleum LNG, CSG, CBM and On-shore Drilling market sectors for the last 5 years across United Kingdom, Europe, Australia & Africa. Donna Swinbourne heads up the Mackay branch of Beyond Recruitment. Donna has over 20 years' recruitment experience. She began her recruitment career with a prestigious Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm in Sydney dealing with blue chip clients. She then project managed specialist large scale recruitment campaigns in the mining sector in WA.

For the last 10 years, Donna has continued her association with recruiting for the mining industry when she moved to Mackay. Her achievements since then have been impressive – she was awarded Branch Manager of the year for the a national recruitment company having increased sales by 63%, gross profit by 80% and net profit by 242%.
