The mining division is expanding Nationally and are excited to welcome the following new team members;

Morwyn Ford joins Beyond’s Mackay office as Recruitment Consultant for Mining & Energy.  Morwyn has over 15 years experience as an HR Generalist and 6 years experience in an internal Recruitment Role within a large mining company.

Morwyn joins us from a global mining company and coupled with her site experience has extensive knowledge and understanding of the day to day operations of the mining industry.

Morwyn specialises in contract and permanent placements for operators both in the open cut and underground markets.

Jana Graham joins Beyonds’ expanding Perth office as a Recruitment Consultant within the Mining & Energy division.

Jana has been recruiting within the mining sector for over 3 years and specialises in contract and permanent roles for Mobile Operators and Tradesman.

Jana is highly motivated whose goal is getting the right people in the right job and developing these candidates to achieve their best possible result.

Karen McCormack joins Beyond Mining and Energy as Consultant specialising in the recruitment of Human Resources and Health and Safety professionals for the mining and energy industries.

 Having completed her Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Karen began her HR and Recruitment career working for one of the largest low fares airlines in the world as HR Generalist and Recruitment Officer for three years, before moving to Brisbane.

She specialises in sourcing candidates for areas such as Human Resources, Health, Safety, Environment and Training for the mining and energy industry.

Lauren Agius joins Beyond as a specialist Recruitment Consultant within the Mining and Energy Division.

Previously with Contec Recruitment recruiting within the mining minerals processing sector in the EPCM area, Lauren was responsible for running a team of contractors and providing her clients with permanent resourcing services throughout Australia.

Lauren has a degree in Journalism and has excellent communication and PR skills which enable her to provide both her clients and candidates with a highly personable and professional service.

Georgia Slattery joins us from Hamilton James & Bruce as receptionist in their Brisbane office. Beyond is pleased to announce the appointment of a new staff member within their specialist ICT Division.

Gavin Knox joins Beyond as a Senior Consultant within the Information and Technology recruitment division. 

Previously an Account Manager at Itcom,  Gavin is very well networked across the Brisbane market and experienced in working contract and permanent roles across various sectors.

Gavin has been in Account Management/Sales roles for the previous 15 years and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction.  He prides himself on partnering with organisations to understand their requirements and respond with the best talent on the Brisbane market in a timely manner.

Beyond Recruitment are expanding their Australian footprint in the New Year by opening an office in Sydney. Located centrally in Pitt Street, they will be well positioned to service their global clients and attract experienced ICT talent to their growing candidate resource pool.

Vicky Liu will be ‘kick-starting’ the new Sydney office and she brings a depth of IT, Recruitment and Banking & Finance experience with her.

Warren Peters joins Beyond as Manager of the Information and Technology recruitment division, bringing with him over 22 years of ICT Recruitment experience. 

Previously with Data^#3 as National Manager of their ICT Recruitment department, Warren was responsible for the brand and growth of their business from 10 staff in two locations to 32 staff in 4 locations, delivering contract and permanent resourcing services across the private and public sector.

Warren has an excellent understanding of all things ICT having also worked directly in Information Technology roles and managing cross functional teams of application development and infrastructure focused IT professionals.
