The mining division is expanding Nationally and are excited to welcome the following new team members;

Morwyn Ford joins Beyond’s Mackay office as Recruitment Consultant for Mining & Energy.  Morwyn has over 15 years experience as an HR Generalist and 6 years experience in an internal Recruitment Role within a large mining company.

Morwyn joins us from a global mining company and coupled with her site experience has extensive knowledge and understanding of the day to day operations of the mining industry.

Morwyn specialises in contract and permanent placements for operators both in the open cut and underground markets.

Jana Graham joins Beyonds’ expanding Perth office as a Recruitment Consultant within the Mining & Energy division.

Jana has been recruiting within the mining sector for over 3 years and specialises in contract and permanent roles for Mobile Operators and Tradesman.

Jana is highly motivated whose goal is getting the right people in the right job and developing these candidates to achieve their best possible result.

Karen McCormack joins Beyond Mining and Energy as Consultant specialising in the recruitment of Human Resources and Health and Safety professionals for the mining and energy industries.

 Having completed her Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Karen began her HR and Recruitment career working for one of the largest low fares airlines in the world as HR Generalist and Recruitment Officer for three years, before moving to Brisbane.

She specialises in sourcing candidates for areas such as Human Resources, Health, Safety, Environment and Training for the mining and energy industry.

Georgia Slattery joins us from Hamilton James & Bruce as receptionist in their Brisbane office. Prior to this she worked in the Property Management/Development sector, during this time Georgia possessed numerous skills which she has now taken on board to progress her career with the Recruitment industry and will be a great asset to the expanding Mining team.
